UniFi is an amalgamation of “Uni” which denotes togetherness and camaraderie, while “Fi” symbolises fibre optics. For a better surfing experience, here are a few tips:-

  • a. Position your RG/BG in a central position or higher position and minimise any obstacles around it – so that the wireless signals have more space to bounce around.
  • b. Check your PC’s network configuration to make sure that the right SSID, network security settings are set correctly.
  • c. Update your firmware or network adapter driver to the latest version if available.
  • d. Upgrade your wireless 802.11b/g devices to the latest 802.11n for better compatibility.
  • e. Switch off any other wireless electrical/electronic devices to minimise wireless interference if applicable.
  • f. Restart your PC and/or RG/BG for 30-60 seconds and restart both together if necessary.

    • *IPTV (HyppTV) is only available with Residential VIP packages. The monthly download volume policy will not be implemented until further notice.
